Introduction: NovaEuro fluorescent microspheres are obtained by combining rare earth fluorescent complexes into microspheres and completely enclosing them inside the microspheres through a special process. Completely eliminating the problem of fluorescent leakage and having no adverse effects on the surface physicochemical properties of microspheres. The surface physicochemical properties of NovaEuro fluorescent microspheres are basically the same as those of conventional polymer latex microspheres, while their fluorescence performance is excellent.
Product features: uniform particle size, minimal inter batch differences; High cleanliness, free of surfactants and other additives, does not affect the binding of fluorescent substances with proteins, does not occupy surface sites of microspheres and does not affect the binding of microspheres with proteins, and there is no risk of leakage; High protein binding capacity enables highly sensitive detection with high fluorescence intensity, much stronger than common organic fluorescent dyes with an excited state lifetime of about 0.5 milliseconds.
